The Guarantee
Search Assignments may involve sensitive situations within different organizations. Judgments and perceptions of people are extremely important at all times.
Fluid communications and mutual trust between client’s decision makers and Executive Search International are paramount due to the fact that every contingency during the search process cannot be specified.
Executive Search International’s guarantee period for candidates placed within an organization is 90 days. This guarantee will be protected if final payment is received within 15 days of the first day of employment of the candidate.
No replacement will be offered in the event of redundancy, in-house promotions, inter-company transfers, mergers and acquisitions of the company or the elimination of a position executed by the company.
Credits are not issued and guarantees cannot be assigned to any other position or to the same position at a later date.
