Manya Delony
Joining Executive Search International in 1984 as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the company, Manya Delony was appointed Associate Director in 1997, having gained significant experience in both the hotel industry and recruiting. In association with the Chairman of the company, Manya covers all operational and managerial level positions including those specialist areas of general management, personnel and training, food and beverage, and finance.
Born in Germany, a graduate from University of Maryland, Athens Greece Campus, with a major in Psychology, Manya enjoys the challenges of recruitment and has found that her previous experience in psychology is invaluable. She is committed to clients and candidates and sees her role as one of advising and helping candidates choose the right career options.
