Juan Cruz is a native Spaniard. He was educated at CETT Barcelona and has taken in-depth Hotel and Human Resource Management courses. Having had an extensive experience in the hotel industry, Juan has held management positions in all areas such as Project Location and Planning, Hotel Construction and Design Planning, Hotel Management, Tour Operator. He has also gained thorough experience in the Time Share Industry and Hotel Condominiums. He has held senior management positions including Managing Director, Area Manager, Board Member and President. Juan has also shown the ability of leading a variety of professional teams in many different business environments. With his excellent business skills and impressive track record of more than 30 years of hands-on experience in international business, Juan is highly qualified to serve a wide range of needs of ESI’s clients.
