Fabiana Cinquemani
Fabiana Cinquemani joined Executive Search International Milano in May 2011. Born in Monza, Italy where she was educated, Fabiana earned a degree in Tourism at ILUM University in Milano.
Following her work experiences at Four Seasons and Park Hyatt in Milano in the Food & Beverage department, Fabiana opened the Bulgari Hotel Milano in 2004 where she gained strong management experience, having started as a Guest Services Agent and having been promoted after just one year to Duty Manager overseeing the Back and the Front of the House, Concierge, Reservations, Reception, Bellmen and Doormen. On 2006, she took over the responsibility of Spa operations, attending various training seminars held by Espa and Bulgari Skincare. From June 2007 until May 2011, she was responsible for the Sales & Marketing department in charge of the Brand Budget for all Bulgari properties.
During her tenure at Bulgari, Fabiana attended various certification courses on leadership skills, training, communication and people management. She has been certified as QSP Analyst (Quality Selection Process – Talent +).
