A French native, Christophe’s 15 year culinary career has included apprenticeships in Monte-Carlo with critically acclaimed chef and now personal friend Alain Ducasse. A Chef de partie with New York’s most celebrated restaurant Le Cirque in 1993‚ Christophe soon progressed to Executive Sous with Osaka‚ Japan’s Ritz Carlton by 1997. At the pinnacle of his career, he was finally Executive Chef two years later with Singapore’s Ritz Carlton Millenia at the tender age of 30.

An avid educator‚ he is celebrated in Singapore as one of the foremost authorities of French cuisine‚ and continues to be enthusiastic about dabbling in Asian herbs and spices. Christophe’s move to join at-sunrice in October 2005 was a personal commitment to give back to society by providing young aspiring chefs with a genuinely solid educational and practical platform into the oft demanding‚ but generously gratifying international world of professional culinary.
